It gives us gut-level goosebumps to find the underdogs of our culture along with the movers and shakers of different industries and learn how they’ve overcome all statistics, stereotypes and stigmas to rise to the top. What is needed in our community are mainstream stories from regular people just like you who are making a positive impact in the lives of those who look up to the unsuspecting heroes in our society. This show has featured Black Women in I.T., Authors & Magazine Publishers, Entrepreneurs, Hair & Beauty Professionals, Black Scientists, Black Medical Professionals, Men in Education and even spouses of full-time Event Professionals.
